JSS specialists employ formal one hour interviews with incumbents face to face, validate with phone interviews, and conduct group interviews employee and supervisor interfviews. JSS Specialists and interviewees rate each core competency ( knowledge, psychology , biomechanics, sensory, strength , safety and quality ) to depth factors and then point score each depth factor by intensity ( time by task ) productivity ,safety and quality . This weighted review of their actual experience of the competencies by core and depth is required to validate. In addition ergonomic validation by frequency and severity of risks associated with occupational illness and injury will further scale the job description to the point score.
External validation will begin when the first job family of 50 -75 interviewees from the first 250 executive pool until all staff reviews are completed.
Photo documentation of all jobs will begin with a strong focus on biomechanics
A full data base will be developed which at the end of every day for security purposes will export to the Job Smart System dedicated servers
