Job Smart System crosses International Facilities Management Association disciplines to ensure that members receive the most comprehensive and technologically supported training available.  This is important since every competitive organization, that is an IFMA member, has a business objective to integrate productivity, safety, quality.  

 

JSS strategies can compliment IFMA in their certification programs and additionally grow members and their direct reports competencies. Using an IFMA friendly assessment, management, and training strategy, IFMA and JSS can fulfill members. Training and consulting needs while accommodating diversity and or disability.

 

JOB SMART SYSTEM GOAL: To support IFMA headquarters in their commitment to best practices in management development. IFMA and JSS share the goal of developing managers as experts at facilities management and workforce development. We share the goal to improve productivity, safety, and quality.

 

                                                TRAINING OBJECTIVE

 

Training (certification and regulatory) and consulting can build strategies of competence using and Assessment, Planning, Implementation, and Evaluation that returns on investment for the membership in four significant ways. 

 

Assessment: JSS training leads to higher levels of competence by beginning and establishing learning style and baseline competencies. This is done within all fair employment law practices. Teaching tools reach all member trainees and their staff on over 250 e-learning, classrooms, and on site trainings. It a best practices trains the trainer model. 

 

Planning: Training Plans are developed that relate to competencies required for specific job titles and specific demands.  The individual plan links participants directly to knowledge, psychology, biomechanics, sensory, quality, and safety competencies.

 

Implementation: Job Smart System is a web base delivery model backed by professionals whose experience in human factors is superlative. Valid and reliable training provides competencies for members growing challenges to improve themselves and their workforce performance. Standards of management are raised to a new level with such learning experiences as motivation and diversity using new models of game theory. The goal is build career competencies. 

 

Evaluation: Integrated JSS training provides an introduction to new concepts, refresh, and renew learning goals that result in high employee performance.

 

Linking IFMA and JSS Analysis and Management Strategies provides members with web delivery provisions that nationally and globally enhance best practices. Today’s facilities manager needs technology that crosses geographic boundaries to multiple locations of responsibility.

Recruitment criteria for new staff: Working in tandem with their human resource departments, facilities managers can use JSS to create customized personnel systems that are competency based knowledge, psychology, biomechanics, sensory, safety and quality job descriptions that are critical to their needs. This competency based system assures facilities management professionals that they can more effectively hire and manage their employees within the myriad of legal constraints with which they must abide.
